Major Organisation and Personnel (40 ECTS)

The Major Organisation and Pesonnel consists of two parts, Organisation and Personnel I and II, each of which is worth 20 ECTS, and which together make up the 40 ECTS for the Major. Organisation and Personnel I on its own can also be chosen as a Minor.

Organisation and Personnel I (20 ECTS)

The module aims to convey the essential concepts of the analysis of organizations and personnel management with an emphasis on the economic perspective, complemented to an appropriate degree by behavioral and social science aspects.

This module can also be chosen as a Minor.
