What is SAS Business Analytics Specialist Certificate?
This SAS Specialization is an Elective Program. It focuses on Business Analytics, using data to generate additional insights and foster fact-based, better decisions. Students learn to use the SAS Viya Platform and participate in the SAS Analytics School. The program reflects the market demand and aims to ensure the best possible employability of the students.
The SAS specialization structure
Students must attend the SAS Analytics School and complete two e-learning paths:
SAS Analytics School
Students attend a quarterly two-days online “SAS Analytics School” Analytics School Series |
SAS. It will be conducted by SAS and consists of SAS presentations, training, use-cases and a
mandatory separate one-day hands-on use-case integrated in the Analytics School.
Visual Business Analytics
With this certification, you’ll prove you’ve mastered these skills:
- Add and manipulate data items within SAS Visual Analytics.
- Analyze data with SAS Visual Analytics.
- Design reports using SAS Visual Analytics.
Modeling Using SAS Visual Statistics
With this certification, you’ll prove you’ve mastered these skills:
- Build and explore descriptive models.
- Build and explore predictive models with continuous and categorical targets.
- Perform model validation.
- Assess model goodness of fit.
- Modify and compare models.
- Score models.
