The Chair of Macroeconomics at the Ingolstadt School of Management invites applications for a part-time position (75%) as

research associate (m/f/d)


to be filled as soon as possible for a limited period of three years. The position is part of the research project “PILLARS - Pathways to Inclusive Labor Markets”, funded by the EU Commission, and is bound to the project’s funding and duration. The project focuses on the economic impact of digitization and automation on the labor market and especially on the qualifica-tion requirements of employees.

Your responsibilities:

  • engagement in the research project "PILLARS – Pathways to Inclusive Labor Markets"
  • cooperation with the international project partners in PILLARS
  • independent research activities and presentation of the research results at national and inter-national conferences

Your profile:

  • a successfully completed university degree in economics (or comparable) preferably with a focus on empirical research in economics, education or labor economics
  • good knowledge in (applied) econometrics
  • profound knowledge in statistical software (Stata, R or similar)
  • a very confident use of the English language is desired
